About us

find out more about our history, crew and boats below

Sunchaser Scuba was originally founded in 1975 by the famous Bert Kilbride. Over the years Kilbrides Underwater Tours evolved into the currently known Sunchaser Scuba. Sunchaser Scuba has been a staple  for diving in the British Virgin Islands.  Our experienced crew of PADI dive instructors are passionate about the underwater world and love to share their knowledge with you. Come on our custom built dive boats for a diving trip of your lifetime in the British Virgin Islands.

We are located at the Bitter End Yacht Club in the North Sound of Virgin Gorda. Being in one of the calmest anchorages in the British Virgin Islands is an advantage for us and you. Come and see our dive shop and find your new favorite shirt or replace that mask you just lost. Stop by and have a chat with one of our fantastic staff members and see how we can make your vacation even better.

Sign up today for your first dive trip ever or join us again so we can take you to your favorite dive spot!

ryan duncan

Crew member Ryan

The newest addition to our crew is PADI Instructor Ryan. This fun loving South African joined our team after leaving his hometown, where he was born in 1991. In South Africa, Ryan used to drive ribs and dive of them, therefore learning to drive our boats was an easy transition. Having a background in Diesel Mechanics makes him a great addition to our team.

Ryan says we 'must' go diving.
