IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

Before taking a course with us you will need to complete a 'Divers Medical Questionnaire' (which can be found here - you will need Adobe Reader to view this). Please review this questionnaire, if you answer "yes' to any of the questions, please make an appointment with your Doctor before coming to avoid possible disappointment.

PADI Discover SCUBA Diving (also know as a 'resort course'): Is a four hour introductory course that includes a reef dive. During the morning session our instructors teach you the very basics of SCUBA diving, allowing you to go out on a one- tank afternoon dive (accompanied by your instructor + other certified family members / friends) to a maximum depth of 40'. On successful completion of this course you will NOT be certified but are allowed to join us on any afternoon trip, and the majority of our two-tank morning trips (some are beyond the 40' depth limitation) for the remainder of your stay.

Minimum age is 10 years old - a VERY mature 10!

Cost (10 - 11 year olds) $150 per child

Cost (12 years and older) $110 per person


PADI Open Water course:
A full PADI Open Water certification course takes a MINIMUM of two half days and two full days (8 hours per day) + evening reading. The cost includes all necessary instruction (i.e. physics, diving skills etc.) plus all equipment and the four reef dives required for certification.

Minimum age is 10 years old - a VERY mature 10!

Individual cost $POA, cost for two people $435 each, three or more people $385 each (not including education materials or PIC's)


Referrals or check-out dives:
A referral letter allows you to do your theory and confined water skills at home in your own time, then complete your certification in the beautiful, warm, pristine waters of the Caribbean! It involves two mornings with a two-tank dive each morning. All that is required is a completed referral form from your instructor + medical clearance (if required).

Cost for one person $280, two or more $250 each (not including PIC's)


PADI Advanced Open Water course:
A PADI Advanced Open Water certification course takes 2 1/2 days and includes all instruction, equipment and 5 specialty dives. Choose from; deep, wreck, underwater navigation, underwater naturalist, search & recovery, peak performance buoyancy, night*, boat diver or AWARE fish identification (ice diver or dry suit diver specialties are obviously not an option here)!

Minimum age is dependant on the specialty you're doing

Cost for two people $425 each, three or more people $375 each (not including education materials or PIC's)

* The night diver specialty has a $50 supplement and requires a minimum of 4 people

Equipment & Materials: The price of our courses includes all instruction, equipment and refreshments but DOES NOT include education material or PIC's. We use:

Sherwood regulators with octopus, depth and pressure SPG

Seaquest BCD's with auto inflators, cummerbund, and built-in-back-pack

Aluminum 80 tanks

Choice of soft or hard lead weights

Please bring your mask, snorkel and fins (we can supply these if needed, but it's better to have your own)

Dive schedule: The regular schedule for dive trips departs our dock at 8:15 AM for a two-tank morning dive and 1:45 PM for a one-tank afternoon dive, picking up at local resorts and / or boat rendezvous along the way.
